Internet on urbanisations and rural areas in Alicante
On the urbanisations and country houses of Alicante, fibre reaches many streets but not all of them: it can change from one street to the next. This is what is worth knowing before you sign up.
On an urbanisation, coverage goes street by street
A town having fibre does not mean it reaches all its urbanisations, or every house on the same urbanisation. That is why coverage is confirmed with the exact address: street and number, or the plot name if there is no number.
Urbanisations where we already have fibre
Some areas already on our own coverage map. It is not a complete list: if you cannot see yours, ask us.
| Town | Some areas with fibre |
|---|---|
| Busot | Llano de los Pastores, Pla de la Lloma, Bonalba (upper and lower), Liebre Park |
| Calp / Calpe | Ortenbach, Gran Sol, Carrió, La Empedrola, La Cometa |
| Finestrat | Tapiada Umbría, Tapiada Marraix, Ramal de Loix |
| Benidorm | Coblanca, Almafra, Foia Manera, El Cabut |
| Mutxamel | Bonalba |
| La Nucía | Pla de Garaita |
What to check before signing up
- The exact address. In the countryside, have the plot reference or the map location at hand if the house has no number.
- Where the fibre comes into the house. The technician brings it to the router. Think of a central spot in the house so the WiFi spreads better.
- The size of the house. In houses with several floors, a garden or a pool, a single router may not reach everywhere. MegaWiFi spreads the signal through the whole home.
- The nearest shop. If anything goes wrong, being able to walk in saves time. We have shops in Benidorm, Finestrat, La Nucía, Callosa d’en Sarrià and Mutxamel.
If fibre does not reach your house
We tell you when we check the address, before you sign anything. If your street is not on this list, write to us anyway: we check it with your address.
Next step
If you live on an urbanisation, send us your house location on WhatsApp: it is the quickest way to check whether fibre reaches it.

Frequently asked questions
Does fibre reach urbanisations?
Many, yes, but it depends on the street. Our map already includes urbanisations in Busot, Calp, Finestrat, Benidorm, Mutxamel and La Nucía. It is confirmed with your exact address.
My house has no number, how do I check?
Send us the house location on the map on WhatsApp at 601 90 20 20, or the plot reference.
How do I get WiFi in every room of a large house?
With MegaWiFi, which spreads the signal through the whole home. With 1000 Mb fibre the first one is free for the commitment period (12 months).
How much does it cost?
It depends on the town and the plan. Prices are on each town page and on the offers page.
